Kathryn Stelljes
Kathryn has been selling real estate since 2006 and with Keller Williams Realty at the Parks since 2008. As a leading sales agent she has consistently capped and knows the actions it takes to get there and build a sustainable business.
She is an expert in dealing with and navigating through the day to day frustrations felt by all Realtors that seek to be the best in their field. Her passion for "all things" real estate, leadership and technology has driven her success, earning her a reputation as one of “Orlando's Top Realtors.” She has previously served as the Education Chairperson and then President of the Keller Williams Young Professionals Orlando Chapter. She has served for many years on the ALC (Agent Leadership Council) and currently chairs the Technology Committee for the ALC at Keller Williams Realty at the Parks.
Kathryn's accolades reflect her influence and dedication. Named one of Orlando’s “20 Under 40” by the Young Professional Network of Orlando Regional Realtor Association and featured in Orlando Magazine’s “Hot 100,” she continues to set high standards in the industry. In 2023 she was nominated by her peers for the Professionalism category for the Orlando Real Producers Yearly Awards. Under her guidance as team leader of her team - ThinkLiveBe, consistently achieved the Platinum Award from Keller Williams Realty and ranked in the top 200 agents in Central Florida 2021, 2022, and 2023. She also hosts a successful national podcast Seeking the Best - The Real Estate Agent Podcast since 2020 with over 250 episodes.
Beyond her professional achievements, she love old houses, renovation projects, and investing in real estate. If she's not selling houses you will probably find her visiting the Mountains with her husband and two Italian greyhounds.
